If you use Google Webmaster tools or other tools to help you with your search engine optimization many times you will be asked for an XML sitemap.  To view your XML sitemap, simply type /sitemap.aspx after your website address.  This will give you the sitemap XML that you need.  From there you can paste in the full address into your tools.
