Why am I not receiving the emails from the form?

If you are not receiving an email response from the form builder you might have one or both of the issues listed below.
  1. Make sure that you have the form set up properly to send to the correct address.
  2. Check to see if the email message is getting put in your spam folder.  If this is the case, you will need to talk to your IT person, or your internet service provider.  They will need to approve the following IP addresses and/or email address.
