Have an email sent to you when someone fills out a form
Login to your website.
Roll over the Form admin bar and click on Edit Form.
Click on the Form Settings tab.
Put a check in the box next to Email New Entries and type in the email address you would like the notification to come from.
Note:
To add multiple email addresses, separate the email addresses via a semi-colon ( ; ). Example jake_elder@test.com;dax_denton@test.com.
Press the Save button.
