Have an email sent to you when someone fills out a form

  1. Login to your website.

  2. Roll over the Form admin bar and click on Edit Form.

  3. Click on the Form Settings tab.

  4. Put a check in the box next to Email New Entries and type in the email address where you would like the notification sent.

    1. Note: To add multiple email addresses, separate the email addresses via a semi-colon ( ; ).  Example jake_elder@test.com;dax_denton@test.com.
  5. Press the Save button.
