There are times you might need to send a direct link to a file on your website to someone via email.  You could right click on the file and click properties, or to get the direct information throught your site, follow these instructions.

1. Login to your website.
   
   
2. Click on settings from the dropdown menu on a text element.
   
   
3. Click on the file manager of your choice.
• Image- Click on the Image Manger
  
• Flash File- Click on the Flash Manager icon.
  
• Video File- Click on the Media Manger icon.
  
• Document- Click on the Document Manager icon.

4. Navigate to the file you need the address to and click on it.
5. In the Directory field above you will see the direct link to your file minus your domain name.
6. Copy and paste this address and put your domain name address in front of it.
• Example: If your website address was http://www.yourdomain.com you would put in the file address you copied after it.
